The chances are pretty low that you are ever going to need this feature, however, in case you do, you would be able to. Read this post, to have a high level overview of what the available APIs can hep you with and what you can achieve with that.
In the Spring 20 release, Salesforce introduced an option to drive the bundle presentation behaviour in the Quote Line Editor (QLE). Before that, a bundle of products was always expanded. That possibly does not fit quite a few businesses. Now, Salesforce Admins can drive the behaviour.
Salesforce provides access to free developer orgs, in order to support people in learning new skills, practice and get better at Salesforce org configuration and management. Thanks to that, you can sign up and get access to a Salesforce developer org, with Salesforce CPQ installed.
Salesforce CPQ supports a Contract Renewal process. That means that CPQ can generate a Renewal Opportunity and Renewal Quote based on the current Contract and its Subscriptions and can act on prices of the renewed products.
Salesforce CPQ & Salesforce Billing supports field mapping between certain fields on CPQ and Billing objects. Those fields are called Twin Fields. A mapping is an activity of copying a value from one field to another. That action happens when certain CPQ/Billing automation processes take place. For example: creating an order, creating an invoice, contract renewal or amendment.

MDQ = Multi Dimensional Quoting. This is a way of selling subscription products, in a way you are able to define the price, quantity, uplift, discount different per each segment of time.
Without MDQ, for a 3 year term, the quantity, discount is the same for the whole subscription duration. When using MDQ with a yearly segments, you can define different parameters per each year.
